304 Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Self-Tapping Screw (Flat Point)
Self-tapping screws with a socket (hex socket / "cup") head, flat
point and bright finish, in 304 stainless steel (A2-70). The
self-tapping thread forms its own mating thread in plastics,
aluminium profiles and thin sheet; the hex socket drive carries
noticeably more tightening torque than a cross recess, and the flat
point suits blind holes or holes with limited depth.
Sizes M2 / M3 / M4 / M5, lengths 4-20 mm, 29 sizes.
Hex socket across flats: M2 = 1.5 mm, M3 = 2.4 mm, M4 = 2.9 mm,
M5 = 3.9 mm.
Typical use: plastic housings and enclosures, luminaires, aluminium
profile frames, 3C electronics, medical device housings, instruments
and small machinery assembly.
