Solid Glass Beads (Borosilicate) — Grit 20# to 320#, Made to Order
Solid borosilicate glass beads with high sphericity and uniform
particle size distribution. Eleven grit grades from 20# (approx.
850 µm) down to 320# (approx. 40 µm), including 280#.
Applications
- Road marking: drop-on and premix retro-reflective beads for
thermoplastic road marking paint - Blasting: rust removal, descaling, shot blasting and polishing
of metal parts, including surface preparation for aerospace and
rail components - Filler: tile joint filler (epoxy grout), coatings, epoxy flooring,
gravity ballast filling
Packed 25 kg per bag, sold by weight (per kg or per tonne).
Industrial grade: stable particle size distribution, high sphericity,
free from lumps and visible contamination.
Made to order: grit grade, particle size range, packing and labelling
can be produced to your specification.
Compliance: can be supplied to GB/T 24722 / JT/T 446 (China),
EN 1423 / BS 6088 (Europe) or AASHTO M247 (USA) on request.
Non-hazardous, no mandatory certification for import.

Please state: grit grade(s), quantity in kg or tonnes, application
(road marking / blasting / filler), standard to be met, destination
country and port. We will quote FOB / CFR / CIF - freight must be
quoted against the actual port of discharge because this is a
high-density, low unit-value cargo.
